San Francisco 49ers linebacker Gerald Hodges, who replaced ILB Michael Wilhoite as a starter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, left the game in the third quarter with an injury. He was replaced by Wilhoite.

Update:
Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee reports that Hodges looks ok. Hodges returned to the game.

A few plays later, CB Rashard Robinson left the game when DL DeForest Buckner stepped on his left foot. Robinson left the field on a cart to go to the team's locker room.

Update:
Robinson's injury was to his knee. Following the game, he was seen walking with crutches.

Shortly after that, OLB Aaron Lynch left the game after his legs were buried by players under a pileup during a tackle. Lynch left the field with a limb, possibly indicating a foot/ankle injury to his left leg.

Update:
Lynch's injury was a high-ankle sprain according to the linebacker. He will have an MRI on Monday. "I'll be fine," Lynch said.

Shortly after that again, LB Nick Bellore went to a knee with an injury after a collision with another player. Bellore returned to the game.

Earlier in the quarter, DL Arik Armstead left the game with a shoulder injury. That injury did not look serious and Armstead was seen on the sideline with his helmet on.
