The NFL world mourns the loss of Bay Area icon Dwight Clark, who succumbed to ALS after a long and brave battle at the age of 61. The San Francisco 49ers legend touched the hearts of so many people during his life. Clark's catch in the end zone during the NFC Championship Game on January 10, 1982, propelled the franchise into relevance.
