San Francisco 49ers kicker Robbie Gould has been named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week after connecting on each of his three field goal attempts and three extra point attempts during Sunday's 30-27 victory over the Detroit Lions.

Gould has now connected on 29 consecutive field goal attempts, which is a franchise record. He has not missed a field goal attempt since October 29, 2017. Gould twice earned the same award last season and was also named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month for last December.
The 49ers signed Gould to a two-year deal on March 9, 2017.
