Thursday injury notes:
- CB Ahkello Witherspoon has passed through the concussion protocol, per Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area. He and CB K'Waun Williams (shoulder) were in blue non-contact jerseys during practice.
- DB Jimmie Ward (hamstring) and WR Dante Pettis (knee) did not practice. Ward re-aggravated his hamstring against the Green Bay Packers while Pettis has missed the last two games.
