On Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers signed guard Mike Person to a three-year deal worth up to $9 million, keeping the team's 2018 starting offensive line intact.
Nick Wagoner of ESPN has some details of Person's new contract, which includes $2.45 million in guarantees. The offensive lineman's salary cap hit for 2019 will be a reasonable $2.75 million. The agreement sounds team-friendly. Wagoner notes that San Francisco is only fully committed to Person for the upcoming season.
Some details on 3-year, $8.25 million contract OL Mike Person signed earlier this week: Has $2.45 million fully guaranteed, $1.45 million of which is 2019 base salary, $1 million roster bonus. Also, up to $250k in per game roster bonuses. Cap hit for this year is $2.75 million.

Person also has $250k of his $2.2 million base salary for 2020 guaranteed for injury only but that's only guarantee of any kind beyond this season. In other words, #49ers only real financial commitment to him is for 2019.

Person started a career-high 16 games at right guard for the 49ers in 2018. He signed with the 49ers, the team which initially selected him in the seventh round of the 2011 draft, on May 9, 2018.
