The San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys are hosting pre-draft visits with former Arkansas linebacker Dre Greenlaw, according to Tony Pauline of Draft Analyst. The draft prospect will also work out for the Tennessee Titans.
NFL teams are permitted to host up to 30 players for visits. Only local prospects, which do not count against the 30-player limit, are allowed to work out for teams.
Arkansas held its pro day on Monday.
"Dre Greenlaw, who did not run at the combine due to a tight hamstring, timed as low as 4.65s in the forty today, slightly faster than expected," reports Pauline.
At the NFL Scouting Combine, the 5-foot-11 and 237-pound Greenlaw had a vertical jump of 33 inches, a broad jump of 117 inches, and 24 reps in the bench press. Other measurables for Greenlaw include an arm length of 32 1/4 inches and hands that measure 9 7/8 inches.
Also of note is that the 49ers were among several teams to express interest in tackle Brian Wallace, who did not receive a Combine invite.
"Wallace measured 6052/320lbs, timed in the high 5.1's to low 5.2's in the forty as well as 4.65s in the shorty shuttle," reports Pauline. "He completed 22 reps on the bench press and touched 24.5 inches in the vertical jump."
The other teams reportedly showing interest in Wallace were the Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and New York Jets.
