Former New Orleans Saints defensive tackle Tyeler Davison is scheduled to visit with the San Francisco 49ers on Friday, according to Herbie Teope of NFL.com.
Former Saints DT Tyeler Davison is scheduled for a free-agent visit Friday with the San Francisco 49ers, according to a source. Davison, who started 48 games over past four seasons in New Orleans, visited the Atlanta Falcons earlier this week.
The Saints made Davison a fifth-round selection out of Fresno State in 2015. He registered 23 combined tackles, two sacks, a pass defensed, and a forced fumble through 14 games and 12 starts with the Saints in 2018. Davison has recorded 95 combined tackles, 3.5 sacks, four passes defensed, and three forced fumbles through his four NFL seasons.
Davison, 26, visited with the Atlanta Falcons this week. He appeared in 61 games with 48 starts during his time with the Saints, including starting all 16 games in 2017.
