The San Francisco 49ers are holding their local pro day today at 1:00 p.m. PT on the Levi's Stadium field in Santa Clara. Attendees will have an opportunity to work out for the 49ers coaching staff, executives, and scouts.

The local pro day will feature athletes from college programs in the area including Stanford, Cal, San Jose State, and other schools. Draft prospects from the Bay Area who played for college teams elsewhere are also eligible to take part.

Today's attendees do not count against the 49ers' 30-player limit for pre-draft visits as teams are allowed to host an unlimited number of local prospects.

The 49ers released a roster of the local pro day participants today. A limited number of those players will be made available to the media following the workout.

The 49ers currently have six selections in the upcoming draft, which kicks off on Thursday, April 25 from Nashville, Tennessee.

The following is a list of the 63 attendees for the workout session.

Ian Rapoport sends clear message regarding 49ers' Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel

By David Bonilla
Apr 30

One thing is clear: Ian Rapoport expects Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel to be on the San Francisco 49ers roster when the team takes the field in Week 1 of the 2024 season. At this point, most probably feel that way. The fact that both stayed with the team throughout the draft clearly signals that general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan intend to retain their two talented receivers—at least for one more season. By David Bonilla

The New York Giants made wide receiver Malik Nabers the No. 6 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. Fifty-eight picks later, the San Francisco 49ers selected cornerback Renardo Green in the second round. Green earned a career-high 86.4 coverage grade from Pro Football Focus last year, with opposing quarterbacks posting a mere 75.0 passer rating when targeting him. He kicked off the season with an impressive performance in Week 1, where he was tasked with containing Nabers and preventing him from taking over the game. Nabers finished the contest with six receptions for 67 yards in a 45-24 loss to Florida State. Only two of those receptions for a total of 20 yards came from the five targets against Green, who also managed to secure an
