The San Francisco 49ers released their second unofficial depth chart of the preseason on Tuesday. The team's next exhibition game will be on Monday, August 19 against the Denver Broncos at Mile High Stadium.
The game will be the first for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo since suffering a torn ACL in September of last year. He is expected to play (at least for a bit) against the Broncos and in the 49ers' third preseason game, a road matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.
As usual, you shouldn't read too much into the team's unofficial depth charts. They are prepared by the 49ers Communications staff, not the coaches.
