Add Azeez Al-Shaair to the growing list of San Francisco 49ers injuries against the Seattle Seahawks. The linebacker headed to the blue medical tent to be examined for a head injury after a kick return early during the second half. He was later ruled out with a concussion.
Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders left the game in the first half with a rib injury while defensive tackle D.J. Jones suffered a groin injury. Both have been ruled "out" for the remainder of the game.
Center Weston Richburg left the game and had the medical staff examine his left hand, but returned in the second half.
