The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 12 contest against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

TE George Kittle (knee, ankle), WR Deebo Samuel (shoulder), and WR Emmanuel Sanders (ribs), once again, were limited during practice and wore blue non-contact jerseys. Neither of the three players has taken part in a full practice this week. All three have been listed as "questionable," and each is expected to be a game-day decision.

Kittle has not played since Week 9, a Halloween-night matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

As expected, DE Dee Ford (quadricep, hamstring) has been ruled out against the Packers. General manager John Lynch indicated during a KNBR interview on Friday morning, that would be the case.

RB Matt Breida (ankle) and K Robbie Gould (right quadricep) are listed as "doubtful."

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Packers, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff. Also included are this week's practice participation reports.
