The 2020 Pro Bowl rosters have been announced, and the San Francisco 49ers will be represented for the third consecutive year. The following players have been selected to the NFC squad in the NFL's annual all-star game, which will take place on January 26, 2020, at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida.

The four 49ers players selected were named starters and are the most since the 2013 season when the team was represented by 10 total players. Of course, the hope is that none of the players selected will be available to play because San Francisco will be preparing for the Super Bowl.

The Pro Bowl selection process consists of votes from fans, players, and coaches, with each group accounting for one-third of the process.

Nick Bosa, Defensive End

This is Bosa's first Pro Bowl selection. The rookie has registered 41 combined tackles, nine sacks, three passes defensed, an interception, and a forced fumble through 14 games this season. The 49ers made him the No. 2 overall selection in April.

Bosa is the first 49ers rookie to earn a trip to the Pro Bowl since safety Eric Reid did so as an alternate in 2014.

Kyle Juszczyk, Fullback

This is Juszczyk's fourth consecutive Pro Bowl selection. The seventh-year player has carried the football three times for seven yards while adding 18 receptions for 167 yards with a receiving touchdown through 10 starts this season. The fullback is an integral part of the 49ers' No. 2 ranked rushing attack.

George Kittle, Tight End

This is Kittle's second consecutive Pro Bowl selection. The third-year player is the 49ers' leading receiver and has registered 73 receptions for 888 yards with four touchdowns through 12 starts. Kittle set a new record for the most receiving yards (2,780) by a tight end in his first three seasons.

Richard Sherman, Cornerback

This is Sherman's fifth Pro Bowl selection and first as a member of the 49ers. The ninth-year player has registered 53 combined tackles, 11 passes defensed, three interceptions, and a touchdown through 13 starts this season.

Arik Armstead, Defensive Tackle (Alternate)

The fifth-year player has registered 49 combined tackles, 10 sacks, a pass defensed, and two forced fumbles through 14 starts this season. Armstead's 10 sacks lead the 49ers.

DeForest Buckner, Defensive Tackle (Alternate)

The fourth-year player has registered 57 combined tackles, 6.5 sacks, two passes defensed, and two forced fumbles through 14 starts.

Jimmy Garoppolo, Quarterback (Alternate)

The sixth-year player has completed 295-of-427 attempts (69.1 percent) for 3,445 yards with 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions through 14 starts this season.

Raheem Mostert, Running Back (Alternate)

The fifth-year running back has carried the football 116 times for 662 yards with five rushing touchdowns while adding 13 receptions for 164 yards with two receiving touchdowns through 14 games this season but is an alternate for his special-teams contributions.

Joe Staley, Tackle (Alternate)

Staley has five starts this season while dealing with two injuries that forced the veteran tackle to miss nine games.

Weston Richburg, Center (Alternate)

Richburg started 13 games this season but landed on injured reserve with a torn patellar tendon on December 11.

Jimmie Ward, Safety (Alternate)

The sixth-year player has registered 58 combined tackles, a sack, and eight passes defensed through 11 starts this season.

Fred Warner, Linebacker (Alternate)

The second-year player has registered 104 combined tackles, three sacks, eight passes defensed, and three forced fumbles through 14 starts this season.
