Running back Jeff Wilson Jr., an exclusive-rights free agent, has signed his one-year tender with the San Francisco 49ers, the team announced on Monday.
Wilson, 24, is entering his third NFL season and was tendered the contract on March 5.
The 49ers signed Wilson as an undrafted free agent out of North Texas in 2018. He carried the football 27 times for 105 yards with four rushing touchdowns while adding three receptions for 34 yards with a receiving touchdown through 10 games in 2019.
Wilson's one time getting his hands on the football during Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals resulted in the running back catching a game-winning 25-yard touchdown from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.
Wilson caught one pass for 20 yards against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV. He has 371 rushing yards on 93 attempts with four rushing touchdowns through his two NFL seasons.
