NBC Sports Bay Area posted a video of five San Francisco 49ers players sharing what they remember from their respective draft days. The video features short stories from linebacker Fred Warner, safety Jaquiski Tartt, defensive lineman Solomon Thomas, defensive back Jimmie Ward, and tackle Mike McGlinchey.
During the video, Warner shares that his uncle, a die-hard Niners fan, gave him his 49ers bomber jacket to wear as the linebacker heard his name called on television.
Tartt shared why he initially thought he was headed to the Houston Texans before learning he was actually going to San Francisco.
Thomas, Ward, and McGlinchey also shared how he felt receiving their draft-day calls from the 49ers. You can watch the video below.
