San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Kendrick Bourne responded to the two-biggest pieces of Niners-related news from Saturday morning — the team trading for Trent Williams and the report that Joe Staley is retiring.
San Francisco surrendered its fifth-round pick this year and a third-rounder in next year's draft for the former Washington offensive tackle. Bourne seemingly likes the move.
@TrentW71 👀👀 ain't nobody touching jimmy! 💪🏾🔥🙌🏽

Bourne's response to the Staley news has been similar to that of the fans. He, like so many others, will miss seeing the 13-year veteran anchor the offensive line at left tackle.
Noooooo 😢 https://t.co/GeenR3avli

Another winning response from Saturday was 49ers CEO Jed York's reply to a tweet showing a small post-game skirmish between Trent Williams and veteran cornerback Richard Sherman, then with the Seattle Seahawks. The two are now teammates.

Here is what Sherman said about the incident with his new teammate.
