Goodwin, 29, is entering his eighth NFL season. He initially signed a two-year contract with the 49ers on March 9, 2017, and then signed a three-year extension on March 8, 2018.
General manager John Lynch made it clear this week that the 49ers were shopping Goodwin, and even reportedly gave the receiver permission to negotiate a new contract with interested teams.
Gotta take it up another level 📈

Goodwin landed on injured reserve on December 10, 2019, after appearing on practice participation reports with knee and foot injuries.
The Buffalo Bills made Goodwin a third-round selection out of Texas in 2013. He registered just 12 receptions for 186 yards with a touchdown through nine games and six starts with the 49ers in 2019.
Goodwin has caught 140 passes for 2,323 yards with 13 touchdowns through his seven NFL seasons.
