The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 6 contest against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley shed the blue no-contact jersey and appears to be out of the concussion protocol. He was a full participant during practice.
Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle) was a full participant for the second consecutive day. Barring a setback, he is expected to start on Sunday night.
Running back Jeff Wilson Jr. did not appear on Wednesday's injury report but was sidelined on Thursday due to a calf injury. He was seen on a side field getting in some work during the session.
Another change from #49ers practice: RB Jeff Wilson Jr. was on the side field working through something and not practicing with his teammates. If he can't play Sunday night, could be a chance for JaMyCal Hasty to get touches.

Chris Biderman of the Sacramento Bee also offered the following update on running back Tevin Coleman.
Speaking of running backs, Tevin Coleman was doing short 20-30 yard sprints on the side field today. He's currently on IR with a knee injury. Showing signs of progress. #49ers
