The San Francisco 49ers entered Week 12's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings without running back JaMycal Hasty (ankle) and defensive lineman Maurice Hurst (calf).

RB Trey Sermon
Sermon exited the second quarter after going down with an apparent right leg injury during a special teams play. He was carted to the locker room to undergo further tests. The 49ers declared Sermon to be "questionable" to return.
Update: Sermon has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
LB Dre Greenlaw
The FOX broadcast reports that Greenlaw is "questionable" to return to the game after potentially re-aggravating the groin injury from which he was returning. This game was the linebacker's first since Week 1, after which he underwent core-muscle surgery.

WR Deebo Samuel
Samuel was slow to get up after a hit by Vikings linebacker Nick Vigil in the third quarter. He later entered the medical tent for further examination.
Update: The 49ers later reported that Samuel is "questionable" to return due to a groin injury. He will undergo an MRI.
LB Fred Warner
Warner remained on the sideline when the defense was on the field late in the third quarter. "He's wearing his helmet and has a brace or sleeve of some sort on his left hamstring," wrote ESPN's Nick Wagoner.
Update: The 49ers later reported Warner as "questionable" to return due to a hamstring injury. He will undergo an MRI.
During the fourth quarter, Harris was being examined in the medical tent. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said he was examined for a head injury but was cleared.
DE Nick Bosa
Bosa was examined for a head injury but was cleared, per Shanahan.
