This list will grow as the 2022 NFL Draft quickly approaches. The San Francisco 49ers will meet with potential draft selections leading up to the April event.

Below is a breakdown of the known meetings between draft prospects and 49ers representatives, as reported by various media sources or the prospects themselves. The representatives could be members of the coaching staff, front office, and/or team scouts. The 49ers' draft picks and scheduled interviews are listed first.

Meeting or workout dates (if known) and report sources are listed.

49ers Draft Picks (9)

  • Round 2, Overall Pick 61
  • Round 3, Overall Pick 93
  • Round 3, Overall Pick 105 (compensatory pick)
  • Round 4, Overall Pick 134
  • Round 5, Overall Pick 172
  • Round 6, Overall Pick 187 (from Denver)
  • Round 6, Overall Pick 220 (compensatory pick)
  • Round 6, Overall Pick 221 (compensatory pick)
  • Round 7, Overall Pick 262 (compensatory pick)

Last year, the 49ers traded away their first-round picks in 2022 and 2023 and a 2022 third-round compensatory pick in the move to acquire quarterback Trey Lance. That 2022 third-round pick ended up being the No. 102 overall selection.

The remaining compensatory third-round pick comes courtesy of the NFL's minority-hiring program after the Miami Dolphins hired former 49ers offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel as head coach.

The sixth-round pick (No. 187) comes from the trade of linebacker Jonas Griffith to the Denver Broncos in 2021.

The two sixth-round compensatory picks and the seventh-rounder come from last year's offseason losses of defensive linemen Solomon Thomas and Kerry Hyder and quarterback C.J. Beathard. The additions of pass rusher Samson Ebukam and center Alex Mack offset the losses of wide receiver Kendrick Bourne and cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon.
