According to Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network, the San Francisco 49ers will host a private workout with University of California linebacker Cameron Goode on Thursday. The former Golden Bears defender attended the Houston Texans' local pro day and visited with the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks.

Goode (6-4, 240) recorded 45 tackles, 8.5 tackles for a loss, 6.5 sacks, and four passes defensed in 2021, per Sports Reference. He racked up 172 tackles, 36 tackles for a loss, 20.5 sacks, two interceptions, two touchdowns, nine passes defensed, and two forced fumbles through five collegiate seasons with the Golden Bears.
Goode's best statistical season came in 2019 when he recorded 59 tackles and 9.5 sacks. He recorded a 4.58-second 40-yard dash, 39-inch vertical jump, 6.91-second 3-cone drill, and 4.29-second 20-yard shuttle at his Pro Day.
