The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 6 matchup on the road against the Atlanta Falcons. These players will not suit up for Sunday's game.

Inactives:

  • DL Arik Armstead (foot, ankle)
  • DL Nick Bosa (groin)
  • WR Danny Gray
  • TE Tyler Kroft (knee)
  • DB Jimmie Ward (hand)
  • T Trent Williams (ankle)

On Friday, the 49ers ruled out defensive lineman Arik Armstead, safety Jimmie Ward, and tackle Trent Williams.

On Saturday, San Francisco placed defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw (knee) and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley (knee) on the injured reserve list. The team activated linebacker Curtis Robinson (ankle) from the injured reserve list. In addition, the 49ers elevated cornerback Dontae Johnson and wide receiver Willie Snead IV from the practice squad.

Hours before kickoff, the San Francisco Chronicle reported that Bosa would not play against the Falcons. The defensive end will miss his first game since missing most of the 2020 season with an ACL injury. He and Kroft were listed as "questionable" on Friday's game status report.
