The San Francisco 49ers have seen a whirlwind of quarterback news this past week, however; their focus is currently on the team's final preseason game.
Ahead of the team's home bout against the Los Angeles Chargers, the 49ers received bad news as kicker Jake Moody was ruled out with a right quad strain.
Well, the injuries have continued, as the 49ers are also missing kicker Zane Gonzalez, who will miss the remainder of Friday's game with a right calf injury, according to NBC Sports's Matt Maiocco.
Rookie Jake Moody is out with a right quad strain, and the other kicker, Zane Gonzalez, has a right calf injury.
Both #49ers kickers are not available tonight.

The San Francisco Chronicle's Mike Silver provided further context, sharing that Gonzalez was presumably injured in warmups, leaving the 49ers without a kicker Friday.
The 49ers' kicking shitshow continues. Zane Gonzalez (hurt in warmups, presumably) is out with a calf injury. Punter Mitch Wishnowsky just shanked a PAT. Third-round pick Jake Moody is out with a calf injury. For what it's worth, Robbie Gould remains a free agent.

Punter Mitch Wishnowsky is likely next in line for the 49ers, although Silver reported the punter shanked a PAT attempt.

But, for now, the 49ers will remain without both of their kickers for the remainder of Friday's game.
Stay tuned for other injury updates!
