The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their NFC Championship Game matchup at home against the Detroit Lions. These seven players will not suit up for the game.
On Friday, the 49ers listed linebacker Oren Burks as "questionable." Despite what ESPN's Adam Schefter reported ahead of the game, Burks is active. The linebacker sustained a shoulder injury during practice this past week. He underwent a workout before kickoff and was cleared to suit up.
Defensive tackle Kalia Davis remains on the injured reserve list due to a high-ankle sprain sustained in December. Initially listed as "questionable" for this weekend's game, he was downgraded on Saturday, officially ruling him out for the playoff contest.
Additionally, the 49ers elevated two players from the practice squad—linebacker Curtis Robinson and wide receiver Willie Snead. However, both are inactive for the NFC Championship Game.
Wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who dealt with a shoulder injury this past week, was cleared to play against the Lions and is active for the game.
