According to the player's agent, former San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day has agreed to a one-year deal with the Tennessee Titans. He is an unrestricted free agent.

The Los Angeles Rams selected Joseph-Day (6-4, 310) out of Rutgers in the sixth round (No. 195 overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. Last season with the 49ers and Los Angeles Chargers, he registered 36 tackles, three tackles for a loss, 11 quarterback hits, and three sacks in 16 game appearances (14 starts), per Pro Football Reference.
Joseph-Day was a member of the Rams team that won Super Bowl LVI against the Cincinnati Bengals. San Francisco signed him on December 27, 2023, shortly after the Chargers released him. The veteran defensive lineman appeared in two regular-season games and the 49ers' three playoff games.
Joseph-Day, 28, has recorded 229 tackles, 21 tackles for a loss, 31 quarterback hits, 11 sacks, a safety, five passes defensed, an interception, and two forced fumbles in 71 game appearances (68 starts) through his five NFL seasons.
