San Francisco initially signed Dwelley (6-5, 235) as an undrafted free agent out of San Diego in 2018. He recorded one reception for 12 yards in 12 game appearances with the 49ers this past season, per Pro Football Reference. Dwelley landed on injured reserve on January 6 due to a high-ankle sprain.
Dwelley, 29, has caught 44 passes for 518 yards and five touchdowns in 84 game appearances (17 starts) throughout his six NFL seasons.
