The San Francisco 49ers have officially signed Brandon Aiyuk to a contract extension, not only making him one of the highest-paid wide receivers in the NFL but also creating nearly $8.4 million in salary cap space for 2024.

According to Spotrac.com's detailed breakdown, Aiyuk's cap hit for the upcoming season has been reduced from $14.124 million to $5.725 million. The new four-year, $120 million deal includes a $23 million signing bonus, paid out immediately but prorated over the length of the contract.
