Despite playing only 13 snaps, defensive tackle Evan Anderson impacted the 49ers' game against the Seahawks. After being elevated from the practice squad, Anderson earned the highest overall grade at 93.3 and the top pass-rush grade at 91.8. Pro Football Focus credited him with two pressures in four pass-rush snaps, and his run-defense grade of 85.2 was also a game-high.
Defensive end Nick Bosa recorded a game-high 14 pressures—matching his career-high set in Week 4 of the 2022 season against the Los Angeles Rams. Bosa earned a pass-rush grade of 73.0.
Sam Okuayinonu notched the game's only sack, securing a pass-rush grade of 70.3.

Safety Malik Mustapha, who exited the game in the second quarter with an ankle injury, was the highest-graded defensive back (80.2). Before leaving, he logged two tackles (one for a loss), an interception, and a pass defensed.
Safety George Odum played 58 snaps and recorded a team-high tackling grade of 84.1.
Rookie Renardo Green was asked to step up with the 49ers short-handed at cornerback because Charvarius Ward was inactive. Green earned a team-high coverage grade of 76.3, allowing five catches for 57 yards on 11 targets and a passer rating of 54.0. Odum followed closely with a coverage grade of 73.0.
Linebacker Fred Warner posted his second-lowest defensive grade of the season (61.4), following his lowest (54.0) from last week against the Cardinals. He missed two tackles—his first misses since Week 1 against the Jets (also two misses). Warner's tackling grade was his lowest since Week 1 (38.6).
While Dee Winters had the lowest defensive grade (32.8), his tackling grade of 74.9 was the fourth-highest on the team.
Right guard Dominick Puni earned the highest grade of any offensive player in the game. His 93.0 run-blocking grade was also a game-high. However, Puni allowed two pressures across 33 pass-blocking snaps, resulting in a pass-blocking grade of 47.3.

Jordan Mason, who left in the second quarter due to injury, returned briefly in the third before being sidelined again. Despite limited play, his offensive grade of 86.6 was the highest among running backs, finishing with 73 rushing yards on nine carries.
Rookie Isaac Guerendo carried most of the load in Mason's absence, rushing for 99 yards on 10 carries and earning a 63.3 offensive grade.
Fullback Kyle Juszczyk's 67.6 offensive grade was his second-highest this season, helped by a late-game touchdown. He has achieved a pass-blocking grade of 76.5 or higher for three consecutive games, with a 77.7 mark against the Seahawks. Juszczyk also posted a season-high 68.4 receiving grade.
Tight end George Kittle achieved his season-best offensive grade of 80.6—his highest since Week 14 last season, also against the Seahawks. Kittle was productive, catching five passes for 58 yards and two touchdowns on six targets.
Deebo Samuel topped the wide receiver grades with a 78.9 offensive mark. He led all receivers with 102 yards and a touchdown on five targets.
Quarterback Brock Purdy's 76.5 offensive grade was his best since Week 3 against the Rams (91.1). He finished the game with 255 passing yards, three touchdowns, and no interceptions.
