Injury Notes

Wide receiver Jauan Jennings missed all four practices this week, leading to him being ruled out. Meanwhile, fellow wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who has been dealing with a wrist injury, was limited throughout the week but shed his blue no-contact jersey during Friday's practice, signaling progress. He is not listed on the game status report.

Rookie wideout Ricky Pearsall practiced fully all week after the 49ers opened his practice window. Head coach Kyle Shanahan revealed that the 49ers will activate Pearsall off the non-football injury (NFI) list on Saturday, making him eligible to play against the Chiefs. Although, he is officially listed as "questionable."

Neither kicker Jake Moody nor Matthew Wright practiced this week. Moody suffered a high-ankle sprain during a special teams tackle in Week 5 against the Arizona Cardinals. Wright sustained shoulder and back injuries, also on a special teams tackle, just four days later against the Seattle Seahawks. Shanahan noted that Wright will be placed on injured reserve.

Running back Jordan Mason has shown positive progress after spraining his AC joint against the Seahawks. While Mason remained in a blue no-contact jersey during Friday's practice, Shanahan stated that the running back was full-go for this weekend.

On the defensive front, lineman Kevin Givens returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday's session due to a groin injury.

Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Chiefs, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
