The San Francisco 49ers are hosting the Dallas Cowboys at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The team is without wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk for the remainder of the season, and wide receiver Jauan Jennings is inactive for the second consecutive game due to a hip injury. Defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin) and kicker Jake Moody (ankle) are also sidelined for the Sunday night matchup.
Running back Christian McCaffrey remains out with Achilles tendinitis. Although he has yet to play this season, he is expected to return to practice during the bye week.
Below are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers.
RB Jordan Mason (shoulder, questionable)
Jordan Mason went down in the first quarter and was promptly attended to by medical staff on the field. He later jogged off without entering the medical tent, opting to keep his helmet on. Rookie Isaac Guerendo stepped in for Mason.
Mason briefly returned to the game before exiting to the locker room in the second quarter. The television broadcast later reported that he is questionable to return due to a shoulder injury. Mason has been managing an AC joint sprain sustained in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks.

Dee Winters sustained a head injury in the second half and has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
WR Deebo Samuel (rib, questionable)
Deebo Samuel is questionable to return due to a rib injury.
CB Renardo Green (ankle)
Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters that Renardo Green suffered an ankle injury at the end of the game.
