Injury Notes

Wide receiver Jauan Jennings made an unexpected appearance on Thursday's injury report due to an ankle injury. However, he has been cleared to play against the Seahawks.

Defensive end Nick Bosa returned to practice after missing the past two days. He played through a hip pointer injury against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Left tackle Trent Williams, punter Mitch Wishnowsky, defensive tackle Kevin Givens, and cornerback Charvarius Ward were notably absent from practice this week. Ward's absence is not injury-related; he is away from the team following the tragic passing of his daughter and did not play against the Buccaneers.

Givens was observed working on conditioning exercises on a side field. The 49ers plan to activate defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos from injured reserve on Saturday.

This week, San Francisco signed punter Pat O'Donnell, anticipating that Mitch Wishnowsky, who has a back injury, could miss Sunday's game. Head coach Kyle Shanahan revealed that Wishnowsky will likely be placed on injured reserve to accommodate Gross-Matos' activation.

Left guard Aaron Banks is questionable to play on Sunday due to a thigh injury. Jon Feliciano has been practicing since last week and is eligible to be activated off injured reserve.

Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
