The San Francisco 49ers entered Sunday's matchup at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers with a depleted roster. On Friday, quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) and defensive end Nick Bosa (hip, oblique) were ruled out for the Week 12 contest.
The team is also without wide receiver Jacob Cowing (concussion), defensive tackle Kevin Givens (groin), cornerback Charvarius Ward (personal matter), and tackle Trent Williams (ankle). These six players were included among the team's seven inactive players for the game.

The 49ers evaluated defensive lineman Jordan Elliott for a concussion during the second quarter and later ruled him out for the remainder of the game.
LB Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles (knee, out)
In the third quarter, the 49ers announced that linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles is questionable to return after sustaining a knee injury.
