The San Francisco 49ers held a bonus Monday practice at 1:30 p.m. PT. This extra session comes after the team's extended break following last Thursday's game. Since it is not a regularly scheduled practice, the 49ers are not required to release an official practice participation report. However, reporters observing the early portion of practice shared updates on which players were present and which were absent.
Linebacker Dre Greenlaw and left tackle Trent Williams were not seen practicing. Greenlaw, who recently returned from a torn Achilles, is dealing with minor knee soreness. His absence is likely precautionary.
"He should be good going forward, but he'll also be day-to-day," head coach Kyle Shanahan said last week.
Meanwhile, Williams remains sidelined by an ankle injury that has kept him out for four consecutive games. Despite efforts to return, he has yet to make his way back onto the field.

Running back Isaac Guerendo, safety Malik Mustapha, and left tackle Jaylon Moore were observed working on the side during practice. Guerendo played through a foot sprain during last week's game against the Los Angeles Rams. Mustapha sat out that game due to chest and shoulder injuries.
Moore's issue is unclear. Shanahan won't address the media again until Wednesday, when we will likely learn more about the offensive lineman's status.
The 49ers are preparing for Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. The team will return to its usual practice schedule with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions before traveling to Florida for the Week 16 matchup.
