The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 17 contest against the Detroit Lions on Monday at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

On Wednesday, the 49ers placed tackle Jaylon Moore on injured reserve, officially ending his season. Moore had been filling in at left tackle for Trent Williams, who has now missed five consecutive games. On Thursday, the team also placed Williams on injured reserve.

The offensive line remains a concern, with other key players sidelined. Left guard Aaron Banks, who suffered an MCL injury during Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins, will not return this season. Right guard Spencer Burford, who is dealing with a calf injury, was also unavailable for Thursday's practice but still has a chance to play against the Lions.

"It's going to be tight," head coach Kyle Shanahan admitted. "There's a chance."

In addition to the offensive line issues, linebacker Dre Greenlaw did not practice and has been ruled out for the rest of the season. Meanwhile, safety Ji'Ayir Brown, running back Isaac Guerendo, and right tackle Colton McKivitz were among the limited participants in Thursday's session. Defensive end Nick Bosa was a full participant.

Below are Thursday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Lions, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
