The San Francisco 49ers entered Sunday's season finale against the Arizona Cardinals with a depleted roster. Quarterback Josh Dobbs took the reins in place of Brock Purdy, who is sidelined with a right elbow contusion and nerve inflammation sustained during last week's matchup against the Detroit Lions.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel (ribs, wrist) and cornerback Deommodore Lenoir (shoulder) were among seven inactive players for the 49ers. Adding to the challenges, the team placed guard Spencer Burford and linebacker Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles on injured reserve over the weekend.

Here are the latest in-game injury updates for the 49ers. This article will be updated as new injuries are reported.

RB Isaac Guerendo (knee and ankle, out)

Isaac Guerendo suffered an injury during the first drive of the game following a two-yard carry. He was carted off the field, leaving Patrick Taylor Jr. to step in as his replacement.

The 49ers announced that Guerendo suffered knee and ankle injuries and ruled him out for the remainder of the game.

S Malik Mustapha (knee, out)

Malik Mustapha left the game in the second quarter due to a knee injury. The 49ers initially announced his return was questionable before ruling him out for the second half.

S Talanoa Hufanga (concussion, out)

Talanoa Hufanga sustained a head injury against the Cardinals and has been ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

CB Renardo Green (groin, questionable)

The 49ers announced that Renardo Green, one of the standout players in this rookie class, is questionable to return due to a groin injury.

WR Chris Conley (elbow, questionable)

Wide receiver Chris Conley is questionable to return after sustaining an elbow injury.

RT Colton McKivitz (unknown)

Colton McKivitz left the game in the fourth quarter. Although he initially walked to the sideline, he was later carted to the locker room for further evaluation.
