The San Francisco 49ers have signed offensive lineman Isaac Alarcon, wide receivers Russell Gage and Isaiah Hodgins, and tackle Jalen McKenzie to reserve/future contracts. Both Alarcon and Gage finished the 2024 season on the team's practice squad.
Reserve/future contracts secure a player's rights before the upcoming season. These contracts officially activate on March 12, the start of the new league year, when players begin to count against the team's salary cap.
