During the first quarter of the game between the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys, 49ers cornerback Tramaine Brock left the game with an injury to his leg or ankle. He was replaced by Perrish Cox.
Brock was examined on the sidelines by team doctors and then eventually taken off of the field via a cart. However, he was in the passenger seat and not the back of the cart.
Update:
Brock is questionable to return to the game.
Update 2:
Erin Andrews of FOX reports that, according to the 49ers, it is a toe injury.
Update 3:
Brock later returned to the sideline and was standing fine, but he was without his helmet.
