Eric Heitmann was injured during the first quarter of the 49ers and Seahawks game. A Seahawk player landed on his leg and replays made the injury look pretty bad. A cast was put on Heitmann and he was carted off the field.
Update:
Heitmann suffered a broken right tibia and that will end his season. The tibia is the larger of the two bones in the leg below the knee.
