49ers announce preseason schedule

The San Francisco 49ers have announced their 2015 preseason schedule. The team will start their exhibition games on the road in Houston to face the Texans.

The 49ers will host the Dallas Cowboys, a rare preseason matchup, and the San Diego Chargers, a preseason regular, at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The team will also travel to Denver to play the Broncos.

Dates and times have not been set for non-nationally televised games, so fans will have to wait until later in the offseason to see exactly when the 49ers will face each opponent.

Week 1 - August 13-17
at Houston Texans

Week 2 - August 20-24
vs Dallas Cowboys

Week 3 - August 27-30
at Denver Broncos

Week 4 - September 3-4
vs San Diego Chargers
