There were no in-season fantasy basketball trades in this league last year. That's pretty surprising lol

I don't see any trades besides those three above. If I missed one, let me know right away.
The opening is updated.
Do me a favor guys and check your keepers and your picks. I believe they are correct.
We're still waiting on GameOver to declare his 3rd keeper.

I think you guys know this but just to be clear... The consolation bracket from last season doesn't factor into draft order.
It's the reverse regular season standings for the top 6 picks, and then the playoff results for the bottom 6 picks.
Note: Stoney and phil were tied last year with a 47-69-1 record. However since Stoney had the better Division record, I gave phil the 4th pick and Stoney the 5th pick.
DRAFT ORDER
1. Game Over (35-80-2)
2. ninerlifer (40-74-3)
3. jrg (46-68-3)
4. phiLthyphiL (47-69-1) (Division: 18-35-1)
5. StOnEy333 (47-69-1) (Division: 19-34-1)
6. Slick (57-57-3)
7. TheSixthRing (6th place)
8. crzy (5th place)
9. LA9erFan (4th place)
10. AmpLee (3rd place)
11. beefn (2nd place)
12. 49ersMyLife (Champion)
I think starting next season we need to change the draft order for playoff teams, as I mentioned at the end of last season. Once out of the championship game, what's the benefit to win that 5th/6th or 4th/3rd place match-up?
Once out of the playoffs, and contingent upon the round in which one was eliminated, the lower seed gets the higher draft pick, regardless of what happens in their consolation game. To me, consolation games are meaningless.
I think it'd make the "out of playoff" playoff games more competitive, knowing it's now just a matter of pride, and not one of strategy.

How about we make it so that whoever wins the consolation game gets a higher draft pick....that would provide meaning to the consolation game

That'd work too, though maybe set rules for adding/dropping players so it doesn't interfere with those still in the championship hunt?

I think we should do it like the NFL does the draft order for teams in the playoffs. If two teams get knocked out in the same round, the team with the worse regular season record gets the higher draft pick. No need to provide meaning to the consolation games, IMO.
