that's true... just gotta do my homework before the draft i guess.

I'd like to point out that trading draft picks can become a problem in some cases. I've been in fantasy basketball leagues where it's failed horribly. But that was mostly because it was not regulated at all. Which led to people trading their first round pick for the other team's 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th round picks, etc.

However, since we have all competent owners in this league. And since all trading of picks will be subject to majority league-wide approval, it should be fun and interesting. And since this is a dynasty league, it means you can trade your picks from future years for players, etc.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a good NBA fantasy trade value chart online. So I made my own draft value chart by starting with the first overall pick at a value of 3000. And then treating it like a game of sudoku by making sure that pick values and potential trades made sense to me. I used basketballmonster.com's player rankings for reference.

Aug. 23rd what time? I will be flyin' into oakland at 1pm from Reno - so anything after 2 will be great for me. Or I could send you my first pick - since I am going at #2 I have a pretty good idea of who I would select.

We're actually doing the draft as posts here on the WZ, so the draft will probably take a few days, at least. That's the beauty of doing it a couple of months before the season. You should be good.

Agugust 23rd, a Saturday, is actually move-in day for me...Im an incoming freshman at USF *San Francisco not South Florida* so yeah...hmm...lol, well, worst case scenario, Ill call up my cousin and have him do the draft for me
