Depends who else is on the board/who came off the board and what the team requirements are for the league.

No. I would take one of them possibly but def. nab a RB at that point because by the time you are back on the board 12-18 of those RB's may be off the board and you will have little to choose from at RB.

And they are both aging and no one knows how well Brady will fare coming back from his injury. Moss will not likely repeat the 2007 season (where his numbers kind of fell off in the 2nd half of the season). They may have a had a great 2007 season but that doesn't guarantee the production will replicate itself this year.
Fantasy football drafting is about playing the board as it falls. If in the first 9 picks, 8 RB's go and either Brees or Fitz would be the 9th then you should still be able to nab either a good QB or WR with your 3rd round pick whereas at RB the pickings will be much slimmer. Personally I would take a RB, (maybe 2 right there depending on those 8 who are gone because the top 8 RB's will vary from one opinion to the next) and then likely a WR seeing as the league features 3 starting WR's.

I would never take a QB in the first or second round. It is a lot harder to find stud #1 Rb's and WR's than it is to find a Qb who can throw 25-30 TD's. I would wait and draft a guy like McNabb or Rodgers in the 4th or 5th round. Their numbers may not be that far off of Brady's this year.

First, it's never a good idea to take two players from the same team at the top of the draft. If Brady gets injured again, or isn't 100% - that will hurt Moss big time, so you are risking two players with one injury.
Second, when are you going to take a RB? I don't draft QB till 4th round, unlesss top 3 QB is there in late rd. 2 or 3. There is a good chance of landing Frank Gore and Steve Slaton with those two picks, and I will take them over WR or QB.
If you are going to go with QB/WR combo, go with Brees and Andre Johnson.

And Lynch is suspended the first 3 games of the year.....+ the bye week and your minus one starting back for 4 weeks (which = almost a 1/3 of the FF season).

If I were you, I wouldn't expect Brown to fall to the last pick of the rd. 3. RBs go higher than their projected ranking. I would do something like this:
1st - Frank Gore
2nd - Steve Slaton
3rd - Boldin/Owens/Wes Walker
4th - Jason Wiiten/Philip Rivers
5th - McNabb/Cutler/Tony Gonzalez
6th - Eddie Royal/Ocho Cinco
