You don't take a guy like Felix (or any other back taken this round for that matter) because of what their current projected PT is going to be...you take them because the guy(s) in front of them are iffy enough starters (either because of injury prone concerns, holdouts, age, or you simply believe they aren't as talented/good) to where you find it worth the risk of selecting them at this stage of the game.

I don't believe in either of the two kids who currently sit behind Felix, it's Felix or bust in that backfield as far as a back-up to Demarco goes

More of a safety move. I have Turner, Bradshaw, Tate and then Vereen and Felix. I figure I'm good with the 1st 3, and Jones should get some touches.
