My first season doing fantasy soccer, I have a league on ESPN.com.
Here is my line up for week 1:

DEF: Hangeland, Terry, Lescott, Glen Johnson
MID: Dempsey, Arshavin (C), Ireland
STR: Van Persie, Torres, Aghbanlahor
Anybody else doing it or have done it in the past?

Explain to me how this works.
What stat categories?
Because soccer is less stat-oriented than other sports.

Yeah, very tough. It's just not going to reward beautiful set-up passes unless they're an assist. Great midfielders won't have many fantasy points.
