What to do with the #3 pick??

I have a little over 3 weeks until my draft but its never to early to start planning for FF! Im a little stuck on what to take. My league is more of a QB friendly league. QB's score a lot and theres about 4-5 that get picked in the first round. Last year was the first year I played and did dual Rb's in the first 2 rounds

Would it be better to take a RB first and then hope for Rivers, McNabb, Warner type players in rd 2 or take someone like Brees, or Brady? Its a 12 team league and the guy with the #1 pick already said hes taking AP. The #2 pick guy take a QB in the first round. Would like to see some opinions and who to take. Im personally leaning towards Brees, Brady then 2 RB's

I personally like RB/WR/RB/QB/WR Would love to see the actual scoring setup.
Nice thanks for all the optoins. I like going 2 Rb's myself but like I said the points fall heavy on the QB. Ill see if I can get the scoring system up
take MJD, then take either brady/brees. if both qbs are gone then go RB with the late 2nd pick and go stud WR with the early 3rd rd pick.

THis is EXACTLY how my team got drafted, this is great advice Krizay..i was #8 in a snake draft and this was it, but i got Forte at 8 i wasnt in reach of MJDPETERSONTUERN, but i got greg jennins instead of V jackson, and got V jack in the 5th.

I cant wait until the 3rd round to take a qb in this league. For example Brees average weekly points were 42 and Peterson was 28.

Qb's go early in the draft. Last season, Brady, Manning, Brees, McNabb, & Romo all first round picks. Fitz and Johnson- 3rd round picks
You should trade your first round pick for 2 first rounders next year.

I find it hard to beilieve that 9 QB's go in the 1st 2 rounds. As I see 9 quality QB's in QB friendly leagues.

Even still, over reaching for the 7th-9th best QB. Is just as ridiculous as people SETTLING for the 8th-12th best RB in the traditional RB/RB theory.

Bottom line is Brees may have averaged more the Peterson last year. But more than likely so did 7-12 other QB's in this QB friendly league.

You can't look at it as you have to get the position that's going to score the most points. You have to look at the bigger picture.

I can't believe i'm about to waste my time and break this down but............

I stand corrected! It does appear you'll maximize your team more by getting a QB no later than the 3rd. Assuming that QB's in fact do go early in your QB friendly draft.

Would still love to see the scoring setup.

Yeah, Ill consider that one
Kriz, you keep telling him at 3 to go Tuner or D-Will (could lose goal line carries to Stewart) but you got no love for Forte ?

D-Will had Stewart last year.

I'm not a big Forte fan. With no QB last year they had to reely on him. With Cutler and the fact they want to get Kevin Jones involved............
