HALP!
out of brees, moreno, benson, a. johnson, r. white, s. rice, r. meachem, v. davis and a. gates i need 3 keepers.
brees and a. johnson are a lock and i'm leaning towards benson but i'm torn
wat do?
Roddy White FTW
last year i didn't keep a running back and everybody hoarded them...most guys kept at least one and i think about half of the league kept 2
thus...i ended up with moreno, benson, bush and mcgahee
luckily benson came through...i'm not sure what will be left if i don't keep at least one reliable back
and to me...moreno is still a big question mark since mcdaniels is so friggin' unpredictable
Yeah I have read that Moreno was a little bit lost last year and this year he should really come around, but we will see.
At any rate I am just not sure that Benson will match last year's production. Cincy has been looking a back to compliment him for short yardage situations all offseason, which could include goal line. He will be drafted in the second or third round of most drafts and that is a bit high for him, IMO. Roddy White on the other hand was awfully productive last year even when Matty ice was playing hurt all year - he will be a top 5-10 WR. I would keep him over Brees, but that's me.

Who would u guys keep? These are my guys I'm thinking
Chris Johnson I'm keeping but having some trouble with my 2nd.
Drew Brees
or
Miles Austin
I was thinking Brees but then I'm thinking I could get another QB in later rounds and keep Austin instead?
Austin was in the doghouse in Dallas up until he went nuts in week 5 then he started becoming the #1...but then again with Bryant there it might hurt his numbers a bit.
This is a 12 team PPR league btw. Last year I held out on WR's till later rounds and it screwed me
Bowe sucked ass
Breaston didn't repeat as the year before and I got lucky to pick up Austin in FA

Keeping Brees vs Austin
It depends. What quarterbacks can you get with your draft pick?
What wide receivers can you get with your draft picks?

Only Eli Manning of the four QB's that you listed has the potential to be a top 10 fantasy QB.
The rest are QB's who will finish in the 11-20 range. They are guys you want as your QB2.
It's extremely difficult to win a fantasy a league without a top 10 QB.
The only way Birdman should not keep Brees, is if he can get a top 10 QB in the subsequent rounds.

Are you going to start a new thread for the 2010 season? I don't think this thread needs to be recycled, not like the internet needs saving.

Dman I agree with krizay, you don't have good depth particularly at receiver
