Van Jefferson is another. The Rams desperately need someone to stretch the field to open up that offense and Van Jefferson is that guy, especially if OBJ goes elsewhere

Excellent call. Sadly in my case someone grabbed him at the very end of the draft and still has him stashed. He already has a good team and if OBJ were to pan out for him it will be scary

I like williams, harris vs lions, Id say wilson but your choice between wilson(tough panthers front) and gordon(bulk of load but benched last game for fumbling). I always like going for a niners player if its close.

You remind me of a RL friend of mine who loves trades just to trade.

In your scenario you are trying to downgrade RB to upgrade WR. If you happen to find that trade you then will be looking to downgrade at WR to upgrade at RB.

You are set at RB if you stay pat. WR is one of the easiest positions to stream. DHOP is only 2 weeks away from returning. Drop Dortch and prepare to stream WR in that position until you eventually find that guy.

That would be my play anyway

I love trading to upgrade but my issue is you can't stream anyone. It's a super deep 20 man team league with 3-4th stringers picked up for receivers and rbs are down to only 3rd stringers of bad teams on waivers lol. Ex Demarcus Robinson, Darius slayton, Juan Jennings, marquise Goodwin. This week dortch Richie James and Melvin Gordon combined for 0.3 pts i believe. Depth is really important. I was trying to downgrade for an elite rb for 2 good players at rb and wr, 1-3 only 4 teams make playoffs so wanted to make moves until dhop returned too cause I can afford another 2 Ls lol

20 teams and only 4 make payoffs? It looks like your league is suffering from same thing my 32 teamer is with the NFL having byes on week 14. Fuqing up the playoff formats for deeper leagues.

32 teamer omggg I thought 20 was bad hahahah. Yeah similiar so if you lose 5-6 games games you're not making playoffs. I'm 1-3 now with a tough matchup this week too

In my auction league, I offered Najee, Pitts and Tennessee D/ST for Davante Adams and SF. He said no, that c**t.

In my new dynasty start up from this year, I'm all in on the 2023 draft class. I just offered Waddle for Olave, Khalil Herbert, and a 1st (he's currently 7th place with a relatively low point total). Olave is going to be capped by QB play for a long time, but so is Waddle next to Hill. I am guessing and hopeful that Herbert takes over next year with Montgomery's deal expiring. Then I also still have a verbal deal to trade Kyler for Trey Lance and 2 1sts at the end of the season.

If you are able to land Herbert, Olave and a 1st for Waddle. Kudos to you mate. I also love that Lance Murray deal. You will be sitting pretty going forward. How many teams in this?

You gotta wait on Najee, his value is ATL right now. I think he may have another rough week but I expect him to ball out once Pickett gets comfortable.

Its a 12 man super flex, but it's a lot of their first time doing a dynasty so I may have a bit of an advantage... If I need to, I'll sweeten the deal with a future pick or someone like a James Cook. Definitely need to make the deal before Olave has a chance to continue shining.

I too believe Najee will rebound with Pickett and I'm also pretty sure I would have been overpaying had he accepted, but it's a bit of a weird league. 10 team auction league with 1 RB, 2 WR, 2 Flex and 3 keepers for 1 year. I have Najee, Ekeler, Saquon, Jamal Williams, Pollard, K Walker III and Jaylen Warren. I'm more than fine at RB. My WR1 is Justin Jefferson, but then after that I have Curtis Samuel, Garrett Wilson, Michael Gallup and Josh Palmer. Not terrible, but in a 10 man, I need a more reliable WR2, especially with my QBs being Carson Wentz and Jared Goff (I drafted Trey Lance). TE are Pitts and Conklin. My keepers were Najee, Ekeler and Pitts and most of my draft capital was spent on Jefferson and Barkley. I do think that Najee being a RB1 last year had more to do with opportunity than him being a stud RB, and with less opportunity now, especially as a pass catcher, we're seeing that. I have no faith that the coaching staff in ATL knows what they're doing.
