I get Randle El and I give Norwood.

I already have 4 good running backs in Addai, Kevin Smith, MJD and Fred Jackson.

I have three good recievers in Jennings, Desean Jackson and Roy Williams. Then a couple decent ones in Earl Bennet and Justin Gage...

I don't really know if I'm gaining anything from this. The guy I'm doing it really needs backs so I would be helping him out pretty much...

with the WR's you have this trade doesn't help you. Even if one gets hurt. This trade doesn't hurt you initially but If Michael Turner gets hut this trade hurts you.
