Fair trade value for Willis McGahee?

I have both McGahee and Rice, which is going to screw me up a little when they both have a bye week. I've been thinking about trying to trade McGahee for another comparable RB so that I can be a little more diversified. What RB would be a good, but fair value? ideally, it would be someone who's value is a little low right now, but could pick it up later in the season.

Some I'm thinking of targeting are:

Portis
Addai
Ahmad Bradshaw
Slaton
Ricky Williams
Ryan Grant

Those are some big names. But McGahee has led the league in TDs so far. What do you guys think?

I'm in a similar situation, I have both Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams and one of my leagues, and playing them both is MONEY.

I'll simply take the possible hit this week when they are on their bye, and just keep starting them for the rest of the season. Both of them in the Wildcat is a dream for me.

I'm not sure having them both is a bad idea if you continue to start them most weeks. I have a buddy who has both jacobs and bradshaw, and though Jacobs would tear it up vs the Raiders and look what happened? Should he trade Jacobs the way you wanna get rid of either of these RB's? Maybe if someone really is willing to give you something significant in return. But I'll give you the advice I gave him: Start them both, figure out a way to do without them their bye week, and keep on going

That's not bad advice. It means in week 7 I'll have to start Crayton at my flex spot. Not great, but I could get lucky.

I guess I was thinking it might not be a bad time to dump McGahee. I don't know if he's going to keep getting TDs like he has. And I do have Gore and Benson as well. So most weeks I would probably start Gore, Benson and Rice.

ok, in that case I would look more seriously into trading McGahee, but don't be in a hurry to dump him, make sure you get what you want in exchange

What do you think about going after Addai? He's had a subpar year so far and is splitting carries with a rookie. But he's also going against the Rams in the only week when I'd really need to start him.
Okay. I have interest in McGahee for Portis straight up.
