counter offer!

This guy has offered me Devin Hester for Matt Forte.

My other RBs are Ronnie Brown and Slaton and Felix Jones

I'm not so sure if I want Hester but he has outscored Forte so far.

His other receivers are Maclin, Percy Harvin, Roy Williams, Brandon Marshall, Berrian, Hester, Knox, Auston Collie, and Crabtree

My guys are Steve Smith (NYG), Ochocinco, Dwayne Bowe, Desean Jackson, and Steve Breaston

We start 4 receivers, and 2 rbs, there's no flex position

Should I accept or counter? and if so for who?

Decline the offer and tell your buddy to eat a salty bag of d*cks. He's screwing you hard. You're thinking of trading one of the top 5 picks in this year's FFL draft for a late round WR? Hester is at best a #3 WR. There are probably Kickers that have outscored your RBs too. That doesn't make it a good deal to trade them away. It sucks that you picked a guy who is struggling, but you have to either ride it out or try and trade him on name value. I bet there's at least one guy in the league who will take him off your hands for a real starting RB. Maybe make a move for a guy like Benson, Ray Rice, or Michael Turner? You should be able to pickup a guy with a big name who has played poorly (Turner, Westbrook, LT, Steve Slaton, Ryan Grant)) or a young guy without the big name who is outplaying his draft position (Ray Rice, Cedric Benson). Under no circumstances should you be trading a starting RB for Devin Hester, in my opinion.
Well yeah I know that that's why I want to counter. Ocho is on bye this week and I need a WR and that guy has picked up every decent receiver after they have had a good game it's f**king annoying.

But considering my lack of depth at RB I don't really want to make the trade unless I really benefit.

I have been trying to trade Ryan or Flacco but no one bites
If you accept that trade you should be banned from fantasy football for life. That guy is sooo trying to hose you. Trading Forte is ok - but get some real value back.

Of course I'm not accepting the trade, when I saw it I literally said "f**k you man" out loud. I'm asking for advice on whether I should counter, no way I'm accepting that trade as it is.

Patience, dude. Someone will lose a big name QB and you'll be able to move Flacco or Ryan. I had to sit on Tom Brady for a few weeks because everyone was positive their QB would pan out. McNabb went down, Cutler threw 4 INTs, and the offers came rolling in! I had Brees and Ryan on the bench already and planned on swinging a deal for Brady since draft day. Unfortunately, I gave him up for Matt Forte. My old #2 RB wasn't any better, but Forte has been a royal bust thanks to that O-line.
I countered the trade but didn't hear back from him, I hope he accepts. I countered for what krizay suggested

But I finally got someone to bite for Joe Flacco, I got Benson for Flacco straight up. I didn't need 3 qbs on my team and Cassel was his back up.

To be honest That was a bit of a reach of a counter I told you to try. Forte really isn't worth all that much. I was trying to test his value of Forte. I wouldn't give up Marshall or Harvin for him. Though Forte's value is higher than any WR he has other than Marshll or Harvin.
