Trade Advice..

So, one of my teams that I have, I'm 1-7.. This is my first year doing FF so I've never done a trade..

I thought this would have been one of my good teams, but hasn't turned out that way.. This team is kind of like my practice one now since there's no real hope for me rebounding.. My team looks like this:

QB - Brett Favre, Mark Sanchez, Matt Hasselbeck (for Owen Daniels)
RB - Frank Gore, Steven Jackson, Ryan Grant, Willis McGahee
WR - Dwayne Bowe, Mike Sims-Walker, Steve Smith (NYG), TJ Housh, Michael Crabtree
TE - Jeremy Shockey, Owen Daniels (out)
K - Stephen Gostkowski
DST - New England, Minnesota

So, I was thinking of trading Bowe, but I'm not sure who to ask for.. What do you guys think?

You dont have a bad team try to package one of your QBs and Bowe for a better WR

Mark Sanchez and Dwayne Bowe for Wes Welker?

This one guy has a hoard of WR's on his team.. Probably too little to ask for Welker though, huh?

Probably won't take.. He has Peyton Manning as QB.. But, that is his only QB..

He has Welker, Anthony Gonzalez, Antonio Bryant, Greg Jennings, Sidney Rice, Mario Manningham, Earl Bennett, and Bernanrd Berrian..

Yeah I don't know if I'd trade Welker if I were him. Is Gonzalez still hurt? Manningham might miss this week too he hasn't practiced.

Who do you think I could get for Bowe + ________? Or even Bowe by himself?

I just wanted to know for future purposes how to look at my team needs and then trade someone that has value but is tradable, and get someone that will help my team..
